At Emerson Fine Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
Our jewelry is created using the finest materials and carefully inspected before it leaves our showroom. While normal wear, routine maintenance, and accidental damage are the responsibility of the owner, we proudly cover any manufacturing defects.
As part of our Lifetime Warranty, we are pleased to offer complimentary jewelry inspections and professional cleanings to help keep your pieces looking their best.
If your jewelry requires repair or a service not covered under our warranty, simply bring it to our showroom or mail it to us for evaluation. After a thorough inspection, we will provide an estimate for any applicable charges before proceeding with the work.

Gift Returns
Yes. Gift purchases may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. If available, please include the original receipt and return the item in its original packaging by following our return instructions. Once your return has been processed, store credit will be issued in the form of an Emerson Fine Jewelry gift certificate or store credit.
Shipping Information
Free Ground Shipping is available on all ready-to-ship orders of $2,500 or more.
Two-Day Shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 on ready-to-ship orders under $2,500.
Overnight Shipping is available for an additional $50.
Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Thursday, for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cutoff, on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
An adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. If multiple shipments are necessary, you will only be charged a single shipping fee.
At this time, we ship online orders within the United States only. International orders may be available by phone. For the security of your purchase, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. P.O. Box addresses may be used for billing purposes only.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Stock Pieces
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns may be mailed to our Customer Service Center or brought to our showroom in Redlands, California.
Custom Pieces
Custom pieces, including items that have been sized, engraved, or otherwise personalized, may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. A $125 restocking fee applies to customized pieces to restore them to their original specifications. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Special Orders
Special order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Once received, orders are shipped at no additional charge via two-day delivery.
Gift Recipients
Gift recipients without the original sales receipt may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Do You Provide Jewelry Cleaning?
Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary lifetime jewelry cleaning and inspections for all Emerson Fine Jewelry purchases.
If you are unable to visit our showroom, you are welcome to mail your jewelry to us for cleaning and inspection. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and we recommend fully insuring your package before sending it. Please contact our team in advance so we know to expect your shipment.
